O2 Arena ticket booking and the benefits for Priority customers (2024)

The O2 Arena is one of London's largest music venues with some of the world's biggest artists performing there regularly. A staple in any A-lister's music tour, the North Greenwich venue has a capacity of 20,000 and the building is packed with restaurants and bars to spend time at before a gig.

While ticket bookings can be made in person at the box office, the vast majority of people will book theirs beforehand through a third-party website such as Ticketmaster and See Tickets. With Priority O2 there are certain benefits for customers of the mobile network including early access to some gigs.

MyLondon has pulled together all the information you need on booking tickets for the O2 Arena, the venue's seating plan and where to get the best view. See our full guide below with links to book tickets and see what's on.

O2 Arena seating plan and best views

The very best seats at the O2 Arena are unsurprisingly the most expensive and can come with a VIP experience. American Express Advantage allows card holders to get premium seats to the side of the stage which have a clear view of the performers - typically blocks 101 and 112 which give the best view if you're seated rather than standing.. AMEX card holders can also access an exclusive lounge before the gig. You can book that here.

The other lower tiers closest to the stage tend to give the next best view so blocks 102, 103, 110 and 111 are all good bets, with upper tiers at the side - blocks 402, 403, 420, 421 - still giving a reasonable view however all the seats in the upper tier can feel very high.

Obviously the further away you get from the stage in the upper tier especially, the worse the view gets and the seats in the upper tiers opposite the stage - blocks 409 to 414 - will feel extremely far away from the action however large screens make sure you can see everything that is going on. For a good view that won't cost the Earth you can battle it out in the stalls as the closer you get to the stage the better your view, and experience, will be.

You'll feel in the thick of it and get a great atmosphere but standing isn't for everyone and you do risk a tall person with big hair restricting your view, not to mention getting shoved around a bit by anyone whose dancing is a bit overzealous.
